How it works

Heart2Heart connects to an app on your phone, where you choose your network and control when and with whom your location is shared.

When you squeeze the keychain, your network is notified via an SMS link that you need support.

By opening the link, they can follow along and send calming, heartbeat-like vibrations back to your Heart2Heart keychain — as a small “I’m here”

Heart2Heart is built in levels, allowing support to adapt to the situation.

The levels range from a simple need for presence to more active help — always based on your needs.
Different levels

LEVEL 1 — PRESENCE

  • With a simple squeeze, your location is shared with your network. They can follow along digitally on a map and send calming vibrations back — a quiet "I’m here".
  • No action is expected from your network — just presence.

LEVEL 2 — SUPPORT

  • If the situation changes, you can choose to take the next step. Your network is notified that you need more active support — for example, being picked up or met along the way — and through the link they receive, they’re guided to your exact location.

LEVEL 3 — HELP

  • Here, your network can respond more actively and involve external support — such as emergency services — with clear information about where you are and what you need, if necessary.
Privacy & safety

Your privacy is central to Heart2Heart. Only the contacts you choose can see your location — and only when you activate it. We never collect more data than necessary, and you’re always in full control.

Who recieves my location?

Only the contacts you’ve chosen in the app can see your location. No one else can see where you are.
Is Heart2Heart always active?

No. It only activates when you choose to use it.
What if I activate it by mistake?

You can always stop sharing — quick and easy — either in the app or by turning off the keychain.
Can the keychain run out of battery?

Yes, but you can always see how much battery life is left in the Heart2Heart app. If the keychain runs out of power, it can easily be recharged using a USB-C cable.
Do I need to have my phone with me?

Yes. Your Heart2Heart keychain connects to your phone via Bluetooth, and it’s your phone’s GPS data that’s shared with your contacts.
Is it an alarm or an emergency button?

No. Heart2Heart isn’t a traditional alarm or emergency button. It’s designed for the situations where you need support and presence — long before anything becomes urgent or an emergency.
